This page describes the PRIVACY POLICY of Market Value with reference to the processing of personal data relating to those who have provided them to Market Value through this Application (Website). This information is provided pursuant to the new GDPR regulation – Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and is addressed to those who interact with the services of this Application by the user via links. This privacy policy applies only to this Application and not to other Applications that may be accessed by the user via links.

Among the Personal Data collected by this website, independently or through third parties, there are: email, cookies, usage data, name, surname. Full details on each type of data collected are provided in the dedicated sections of this privacy policy or through specific information texts displayed before the data is collected. Personal Data may be freely provided by the User or, in the case of Usage Data, collected automatically during the use of this Application. Unless otherwise specified, all Data requested by this Application is mandatory. If the User refuses to communicate with them, it may be impossible for this Application to provide the Service. In cases where this Application indicates certain Data as optional, Users are free to refrain from communicating such Data, without this having any consequence on the availability of the Service or its operation. Users who have doubts about which Data are mandatory are encouraged to contact the Data Controller. Any use of Cookies – or other tracking tools – by this Application or by the owners of third-party services used by this Application, unless otherwise specified, has the purpose of providing the Service requested by the User, in addition to the additional purposes described in this document and in the Cookie Policy,  if available. In addition to the Data Controller, in some cases, other parties involved in the organization of this Application (administrative, commercial, marketing, legal staff, system administrators) or external parties (such as third-party technical service providers, postal couriers, hosting providers, IT companies, communication agencies) also appointed, if necessary, as Data Processors by the Data Controller, may have access to the Data. Legal basis of the processing

    However, it is always possible to request the Data Controller to clarify the concrete legal basis of each processing and in particular to specify whether the processing is based on the law, provided for by a contract or necessary to conclude a contract

Your Personal Data may be transferred to a country other than the country in which you are located. The User has the right to obtain information regarding the legal basis of the transfer of Data outside the European Union or to an international organization governed by public international law or consisting of two or more countries,  such as the UN, as well as regarding the security measures adopted by the Data Controller to protect the Data. 5 – DETAILS ON THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA

  • AAccess to Accounts on Third-Party Services. This type of service, if activated, allows this Application to retrieve Data from the User’s accounts on third-party services and perform actions with them. These services are not activated automatically, but require the express authorization of the User.
  • Contact the User with mailing lists or newsletters. By registering for the mailing list or newsletter, if already activated on this Application, the User’s email address is automatically included in a list of contacts to whom email messages containing information, including commercial and promotional information, relating to this Application may be sent. Your email address may also be added to this list as a result of registering with this Application or after making a purchase. Personal Data collected: email.
  • Payment management. Payment management services, if active and available on this website, allow you to process payments by credit card, bank transfer or other means. The data used for payment are acquired directly by the provider of the requested payment service without being processed in any way by this Application. Some of these services may also allow you to send scheduled messages, such as emails containing invoices or payment notifications. In particular: a)PayPal(PayPal) is a payment service provided by PayPal Inc., which allows the User to make online payments; the personal data collected are of various types as specified in the privacy policy of the PayPal service; b)Braintreeis a payment service provided by Braintree, a division of PayPal, Inc.; the personal data collected:  are of various types as specified in the privacy policy of the Braintree service.

This type of service, if already active on this Application, allows you to interact with social networks, or with other external platforms, directly from the pages of this Application. The interactions and information acquired by this Application are in any case subject to the User’s privacy settings relating to each social network. If a social network interaction service is installed, it is possible that, even if Users do not use the service, it may collect traffic data relating to the pages on which it is installed.
  • Registration and authentication. By registering or authenticating, the User allows the Application to identify him/her and to give him/her access to any dedicated services. Depending on the following, registration and authentication services may be provided with the help of third parties. If this happens, this application will be able to access some Data stored by the third-party service used for registration or identification. Direct Registration (This Application): The User registers by filling in the registration form and providing his/her Personal Data directly to this Application. Personal Data collected: email and password.
  • Statistics.The services contained in this section, if already activated on this Application, allow the Data Controller to monitor and analyze traffic data and are used to keep track of the User’s behavior.
  • Google Analytics with anonymized IP (Google Inc.)tag. Google Analytics, if active on this site, is a web analysis service provided by Google Inc. (“Google”). Google uses the Personal Data collected for the purpose of tracking and examining the use of this Application, compiling reports and sharing them with other services developed by Google. Google may use Personal Data to contextualize and personalize ads from its advertising network. This integration of Google Analytics anonymizes your IP address. Anonymization works by shortening the IP address of Users within the borders of the member states of the European Union or in other countries that are parties to the Agreement on the European Economic Area. Only in exceptional cases will the IP address be sent to Google servers and shortened within the United States. Personal Data collected: Cookies and Usage Data.   • User ID extension for Google Analytics (Google Inc.)tag. Google Analytics, if active on this Application, uses a function called User ID. This allows for more accurate tracking of Users by assigning each user a unique ID for various sessions and devices, but in such a way that Google does not allow Google to personally identify an individual or permanently identify a specific device. The User ID extension also allows you to connect Data from Google Analytics with other User Data collected by this Application. The Opt Out link provided below allows you to opt out of tracking for the device you are using, but does not exclude further tracking activities carried out by the Owner. To deactivate the latter as well, contact the data controller via the contact email address. Personal Data collected: Cookies. Place of processing: USA – Privacy Policy – Opt Out.
  • User database management. This type of service allows the Owner to build user profiles starting from an email address, name or any other information that the User provides to this Application, as well as to track the User’s activities through statistical functions. These Personal Data may also be cross-referenced with publicly available information about the User (such as profiles on social networks) and used to build private profiles that the Owner can view and use to improve this Application. Some of these services may also allow the scheduled sending of messages to the User, such as emails based on specific actions performed on this Application.
  • Hosting and backend infrastructure. This type of service has the function of hosting data and files that allow this Application to function, allow its distribution and provide a ready-to-use infrastructure to provide specific functions of this Application. Some of these services operate through geographically located servers in different locations, making it difficult to determine the exact location where Personal Data is stored.   • Viewing content from external platforms. This type of service, if already activated on this Application, allows you to view content hosted on external platforms directly from the pages of this Application and to interact with them. In the event that a service of this type is installed, it is possible that, even if Users do not use the service, it may collect traffic data relating to the pages on which it is installed.

6 – RETENTION PERIOD

The Data are processed and stored for the time required by the purposes for which they were collected.

Therefore:

  • Personal Data collected for purposes related to the performance of a contract between the Data Controller and the User will be retained until the execution of such contract is completed.
  • Personal Data collected for purposes related to the legitimate interest of the Data Controller will be retained until such interest has been satisfied. The User can obtain further information regarding the legitimate interest pursued by the Owner in the relevant sections of this document or by contacting the Owner.

When the processing is based on the User’s consent, the Data Controller may retain the Personal Data for longer until such consent is withdrawn. In addition, the Owner may be obliged to retain Personal Data for a longer period in compliance with a legal obligation or by order of an authority.

At the end of the retention period, the Personal Data will be deleted. Therefore, upon expiry of this term, the right of access, cancellation, rectification and the right to data portability can no longer be exercised.

The User’s Data are collected to allow the Data Controller to provide its Services, as well as for the following purposes: Contacting the User, Interaction with social networks and external platforms, Registration and authentication, Access to accounts on third-party services, Payment management, Infrastructure monitoring, Interaction with live chat platforms, Remarketing and behavioral targeting, Address management and sending of email messages,  Statistics, Viewing content from external platforms, Business affiliation, Interaction with support and feedback platforms, Managing user databases, Managing support and contact requests, and Backend hosting and infrastructure. 9 – PERMISSIONS REQUESTED BY SOCIAL NETWORKS

If they are already active, Social Networking Applications may request certain permissions that allow them to perform actions with your social media accounts and collect information, including Personal Data, from you. These services allow these Applications to connect with your account on their respective social networks. For more information on permissions, please refer to the permissions documentation and privacy policies of the various social networks. The required permits are as follows:

Basic Information– The basic information of the User registered on social networks which normally includes the following Data: id, name, image, gender and language of location and, in some cases, Facebook “Friends”. If you have made Additional Data publicly available, it will be available.

Email– Provides access to the User’s primary email address.

10 – USERS RIGHTS

We do not sell or rent User Data to third parties for any reason. The only uses of the Data are those highlighted in this policy. Users are the sole owners of their Data and may request its modification or deletion at any time.

11 – EXERCISE OF RIGHTS BY USERS

To exercise the User’s rights, Users may address a request to the contact details of the Owner indicated in this document. Requests are filed free of charge and processed by the Data Controller as soon as possible, in any case within one month.

Users may exercise certain rights with reference to the Data processed by the Titolare.In particular, the User has the right to:

  • lodge a complaint:the User may lodge a complaint with the competent data protection supervisory authority or take legal action.
  • withdraw consent at any time: the User may revoke the consent to the processing of his/her Personal Data previously expressed;

12 – DETAILS OF THE RIGHT TO OBJECT

When Personal Data are processed in the public interest, in the exercise of official authority vested in the Data Controller or to pursue a legitimate interest of the Data Controller, Users have the right to object to the processing for reasons related to their situation. Users are reminded that, if their Data are processed for direct marketing purposes, they can object to the processing without providing any reason. 13 – FURTHER INFORMATION ON THE PROCESSING

Defence in court.

The User’s Personal Data may be used by the Data Controller in court or in the preparatory stages of its possible establishment to defend against abuse in the use of this Application or related Services by the User.
The User declares to be aware that the Owner may be obliged to disclose the Data by order of public authorities.

At the request of the User, in addition to the information contained in this privacy policy, this Application may provide the User with additional and contextual information regarding specific Services, or the collection and processing of Personal Data.

System logs and maintenance.

This privacy and cookies policyhas been drawn up on the basis of multiple legislative systems, including articles 13 and 14 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679.Unless otherwise specified, this privacy policy concerns only this Application. Data Controller reserves the right to make changes to this privacy policy at any time by informing Users about this privacy policy. page. Please consult this page regularly, taking as a reference the date of the last modification indicated at the bottom. In the event of non-acceptance of the changes made to this privacy policy, the User is required to cease using this Application and may request the Data Controller to remove their Personal Data. Unless otherwise specified, the previous privacy policy will continue to apply to Personal Data collected up to that point.
